AVM: New FritzBox receives beta version for the first time

A few months ago, one of the best AVM routers to date appeared with the FritzBox 6690 Cable. The device is suitable for fast cable connections with gigabit speed according to the DOCSIS 3.1 standard and impressed in the test with very fast WiFi, a large WiFi range and the usual good functions. Anyone who owns the router and wants to test the upcoming functions of the next major firmware update on FritzOS 7.50 can be happy: AVM has released a beta version for the 6690. In addition, the FritzBox 6660 Cable, 6591 Cable and the somewhat older DSL price tip FritzBox 7530 have also received fresh laboratory versions.
