(CercleFinance.com) – AXA Assurances Vie Mutuelle declared to the AMF that it individually crossed downwards, on June 7, the threshold of 5% of AXA’s voting rights and individually holds 3.00% of the capital and 4, 81% of the voting rights of this insurance company.
This crossing is the result of a sale of AXA shares on the market. On this occasion, the concert composed of AXA Assurances IARD Mutuelle and AXA Assurances Vie Mutuelle, did not cross any threshold and held, as of June 7, 15.71% of the capital and 26.02% of the voting rights.
