(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on November 28, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the AXA and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.03% of the capital and 4.23% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an increase in the number of AXA shares held as collateral.
