(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded, on February 9, the threshold of 5% of AXA’s capital and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.004% of the capital and 4.18% of the voting rights of the insurer.
The American asset manager explains that this threshold crossing results from an acquisition of AXA shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
