(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed downwards, on November 30, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the capital of AXA and holds, on behalf of said clients and funds, 116,162,164 AXA shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.97% of the capital and 4.18% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a sale of AXA shares on the market.
