(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on February 2, 2023 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of AXA and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 115,982,967 AXA shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.93% of the capital and 4.12% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of AXA shares and a reduction in the number of AXA shares held as collateral.
