(CercleFinance.com) – AXA announces today that it has completed the acquisition of Groupe Assurances from Crédit Mutuel España (‘GACM España’).
Under the terms of the transaction, AXA has acquired GACM España for a cash consideration of 310 million euros, as announced at the signing of the agreement.
