My son is on Moroccan soil, but I don’t know where… Anyone who can see or locate him please let me know.“While she obtained custody of the little boy following a French court decision, the host had indicated:”There is no child abduction since I have custody. There, this morning, I discovered that he also filed a complaint so that I could not leave Moroccan territory. (…) Vincent does not wish to return the passport. They told me to go and take other steps with France, with the French consulate so that they could give me back my passport.“

Distraught, the young mother speaks regularly on social networks to talk about the situation. Saturday November 10, 2022, Ayem Nour posted an audio message from his son. “Me, I wanted to go home and go to school“, laments the little boy in this one. To accompany this audio, she added: “Her child’s hope keeps…” In the comments section, many Internet users have revolted. We can thus read: “Really sad ! Children don’t have to go through this when parents divorce. I hope this nightmare will end quickly, courage!“; “But how can you do that to your child? For a father who calls himself loving, it’s lamentable… The days go by… Little man, you’re lucky to have a mother like Ayem!“; “His place is in France, his place is in the places he loves, his school, his friends… I hope that benevolent and efficient people will take action, this child is suffering because of malicious adults!” ; but also : “Courage to both of you. You will soon see your friends Ayvin and the beautiful sun of our south. You are with a super strong and courageous mom who will do everything so that you can go home.“

Ayem Nour: “When will you stop using and abusing your powers?”

On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, a hearing took place. In story, on Instagram, the host had confided: “A hearing took place so that I could recover Ayvin’s passport and that we could return home to France… But also so that the father explained his actions and that the French consulate gave us the reason for to the refusal to issue us a laissez-passer (…) But their lawyers were not present.
