The fourth round of “Bachelor in Paradise” starts on November 3rd. Which couples are still together thanks to the show?

“Bachelor in Paradise” gives rejected “Bachelor” candidates and “Bachelorette” candidates a second chance at great love. From November 3rd, viewers can on RTL+ follow who will be more successful in dating this time than in the previous dome show participation. Singles have already strayed to the island of love three times so far. That’s the success rate of previous “Bachelor in Paradise” couples.

The previous seasons have proven that the fact that two candidates leave the show’s finale as a couple does not automatically mean that love will also bear fruit in the real world. Oftentimes, the relationships that began on Love Island ended shortly after it aired. There were special dramas with Evelyn Burdecki (34) and Domenico de Cicco (39) as well as Michi Bauer (31) and Natalie Stommel (33). Because both de Cicco and Bauer took part in the format as assigned men and returned to their former partners after the show. Particularly spicy: Domenico de Cicco and his then girlfriend became parents a few months later. Michi Bauer is taking part in “Bachelor in Paradise” for the second time this year.

Serkan Yavuz found love at the second attempt

Serkan Yavuz (29) had more luck in love thanks to “Bachelor in Paradise”. He went out of the format twice with a new partner. In 2019 he met Carina Spack on Love Island, who was looking for love in a “Bachelor” format for the third time. Yavuz, on the other hand, had tried his luck with “Bachelorette” Gerda Lewis (29) shortly before. He and Spack made it to the Bachelor in Paradise finale and were among the winners. After about a year, the influencers separated. A public mud pit ensued on social media. This culminated in joint participation in “Prominent Separated” 2021.

In the same year there was a happy ending for Yavuz after the public relationship drama. He took part in “Bachelor in Paradise” a second time and fell in love with Samira Klampfl (28). Like Spack, she once courted “Bachelor” Daniel Völz (37). Klampfl and Yavuz left the show as a couple and soon got down to business. They moved in together and have been since May of this year parents of a common daughter.

Christina Grass and Marco Cerullo: A Love for Reality TV Forever?

On the Thai love island it crackled in 2019 between Christina Grass (34) and Marco Cerullo (33). In the same year, Grass competed for the roses of Andrej Mangold (34). Cerullo wanted to conquer the heart of Jessica Haller (32) in 2017. The two finally left “Bachelor in Paradise” as a couple. After his participation in “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” In 2020, Cerullo Grass proposed marriage live in front of an audience of millions. At the end of the year, the couple surprisingly announced their separation, but reunited a few weeks later. Since then, the couple has dabbled in two other reality TV shows.

In 2021, Grass and Cerullo took part in the second season of the RTL + show “CoupleChallenge – The strongest team wins”. There they took second place. 2022 it worked as a replacement in the “summer house of the stars”. Again they took second place and lost to the “Bauer sucht Frau” couple Patrick Romer (26) and Antonia Hemmer (22).

Love at second sight? Denise Hersing and Lorik Bunjaku

In the third season of “Bachelor in Paradise” 2021, Denise Hersing (26) and Lorik Bunjaku (25) flirt with each other. Both had already appeared in “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” the same year. But even on the island, storm clouds kept gathering in the form of arguments about the new happiness in love. When the flight attendant had to leave the show for health reasons, the industrial clerk also left paradise voluntarily. But the flirt did not result in a relationship, as the participants announced in the third season reunion show.

This year, Hersing and Bunjaku met again on the RTL + show “Ex on the Beach”. A discussion followed and the realization that they cannot be without each other. This time there was a happy ending: at the end of August they announced on Instagramthat they are now a couple.
