A lot of false information is circulating on the internet about optional or undisclosed bonuses that would be paid by Caf, indicates the organization on its website. No new bonus, new aid or check has been announced in recent weeks legitimizing these articles which are based on false or very partial situations.
All procedures carried out online
The Family Allowance Fund reminds that all available aid and exceptional bonuses can be found on the caf.fr website > My Account Space, from which beneficiaries can check and correct all the information in their profile, run simulations and request family and social benefits. It is also possible to go to the reception of your benefit office to speak with an agent in the event of difficulty completing the online procedures. Finally, the telephone number to contact Caf is 3220, a non-premium rate number.
This is not the first time that CAF has alerted its beneficiaries to this subject. In March 2023, several articles already announced new aid of 3000 euros. At the time, Caf warned its beneficiaries about potential scam attempts, and reminded that all Caf online procedures are carried out exclusively via the secure My Account space or the mobile application.
