Toei Animation Company

Release report for the next Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, which was originally due to be released on April 22 in Japan, has just lost its date.

The reason ? A hack that takes place at Toei Animation, the famous manga producer. This hack took place on March 6 and affected several productions.

In a press release relayed and translated by hitekthe Toei gives some details: “As previously reported, Toei animation, which produces the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, which was scheduled for a Japanese release on Friday, April 22, 2022, has suffered unauthorized access to its servers/network by a third party, which makes the release of the complicated film. Therefore, we have no choice but to push back the release of the film.

We apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the movie’s release. We will announce the new date soon. thank you for your understanding.”

Following this hack, the anime Dragon Quest Dai no Daiboken, Delicious Party Precure, Digimon Ghost Game and ONE PIECE should see their broadcast possibly modified / delayed.
