BAE Systems: wins a $14 million contract with DARPA

(CercleFinance.com) – BAE Systems announces that it has won a $14 million contract with the DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) of the United States, within the framework of the Massive Cross Correlation (MAX) program.

Through its research and development organization FAST Labs™, BAE Systems will develop technology to enable the deployment of advanced signal processing and computation on a new, smaller class of military platforms.

“Smaller, more efficient systems improve size, weight, power and cost to enable full-spectrum signal processing closer to the edge or on platforms operating in prohibited airspace,” said Bryan Choi, director of technology development at BAE Systems’ FAST Labs.
