Season 5 of “Balthazar” continues this evening Thursday January 26 on TF1 with a new episode in which one of the recurring actors of the soap opera “Here everything begins”, also seen in “Tomorrow belongs to us”, plays.
After a thunderous start to the season last Thursday, marked by the hunt for a serial killer nicknamed “The puppeteer” and the transformation of Tomer Sisley into a drag queen for a sequence, the fifth and final batch of Balthazar continues this Thursday January 26 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1 with a second astonishing investigation.
Entitled “Under the Influence”, this new episode of season 5, partly inspired by Rear Window, sees the most popular pathologist on television forced to stay at home with an electronic bracelet on his ankle.
While waiting for the judge’s decision, Raphaël Balthazar (Tomer Sisley) therefore finds an occupation to fill his boredom and begins to spy on his neighbors through the windows of his apartment.
One evening, he sees Arthur, a 17-year-old boy who lives in the building opposite and wears a strange duck mask, mutilating himself and then trying to end his life.
The beginning of a thorny affair for Balthazar and Camille (Constance Labbé) who will be confronted, in parallel, with the disappearance of a young influencer and attacks committed all over Paris by young people wearing the same mask as Arthur.

Viewers following this new episode of Balthazar this evening will certainly not fail to notice the presence in the credits of a young actor who is more than ever part of the TF1 family.
It is indeed Dembo Camilo, the interpreter of Souleymane in Here it all begins and in Tomorrow belongs to us, who lends his features to Arthur, the teenager whom Tomer Sisley’s character tries to rescue.

Also recurring in I promise you since the first season – it is he who embodies Mathis (Narcisse Mame) young – Dembo Camilo thus adds one more role to his filmography. While continuing to play Souleymane in Here it all begins, even if the son of Antoine Myriel will soon be offered a very interesting position away from the Auguste Armand institute.
Dembo Camilo is not the only known face to appear in the second episode of season 5 of Balthazar since two young actors from the Disney + series Para // èles also appear in the cast: Jade Pedri (Skam France, Plan B ) as influencer Gabrielle Gauthier, and Maxime Bergeron as Alban.
The final season of Balthazar continues at the rate of a single new episode per week every Thursday at 9:10 p.m. on TF1.
