Bandai Namco files a new name for Tales of Arise

Firmly awaited after a hiatus of several years and very random episodes, Tales of Arise has won the bet of a winning return, by offering a dense experience, well written and full of the feeling of adventure. Relatively silent since then, the license has been talked about again through a trademark registration initiated by Bandai Namco. It was on the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) website that the latter appeared on December 7: Tales of Arise Beyond the Dawn. Difficult at this stage to imagine the materialization of this “project”, no clue being given in the description. One thing is certain, however, the producer of the original RPG, Yusuke Tomiwaza, had specified that no sequel or DLC were planned.

Two paths can then emerge. That of an adaptation in an animated series, as was the case with Tales of Vesperia, or that of a spin-off, like Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. And this even if the numbers of the Nice classification (international classification of products and services), namely 9 and 41, correspond to both entertainment and technological equipment.
