Martin Kobras, goalkeeper for Bundesliga club Altach, is ending his career. As the bottom of the league announced on Friday, the 35-year-old is now devoting himself to his training as a teacher and is switching to amateur football.
Kobras played 163 Bundesliga games (five of them for Sturm Graz) and has been a permanent member of the team since 2009/10. In the current season he was only three times between the posts. With 360 competitive games, Kobras is Altach’s record holder.
