Expensive pieces, from noble to ostentatious (such as toilet equipment in, as they say, “stylish” fake bronze) are available as bargains for two weeks until January 19th – at least based on the original purchase price. Office chairs that normally cost upwards of 760 euros now start with starting prices of 20 euros. Given the sheer volume of furniture that goes under the hammer, there is a good chance that a good deal can be made even at the end of the auction period.
