Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes creates a second real estate fund to serve its territory with Midi 2i

(Boursier.com) — Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes and Midi 2i announce the creation of a new Fund called VALAURA 2 of which BPAURA will be the sole shareholder through its subsidiary Financière Immobilière Deruelle. It is a continuation of the VALAURA Investissements fund created in 2019.
This regional real estate company will have an investment capacity of 133 million euros. It will contribute to the development of the BPAURA territory with investments mainly focused on tertiary real estate.
The VALAURA 2 Fund is also part of its shareholder’s responsible investment approach with the objective of being SRI certified in 2024.
