(CercleFinance.com) – The real estate developer Bassac has posted pro forma turnover for 2021 up 3% to 1.45 billion euros and consolidated turnover of 1.21 billion, this difference being due to the overall integration of Marignan into its accounts since its takeover on August 13, 2021.
On a like-for-like basis (including Marignan over 12 months in 2021 and 2020), the total amount of reservations increased by 37% to more than 1.79 billion euros including tax, helped by a favorable base effect, sales offices in France having had to close during the two confinements of 2020.
Benefiting from an order book representing approximately 16 months of activity, Bassac claims to ‘maintain correct visibility for the coming semesters, both for its property development activities and for its garage construction activity’.
