(CercleFinance.com) – The Bastide Group announces today that it has finalized two acquisitions.
The first concerns France: the Bastide Group has acquired the entire capital of Occit’perf, a player in the PACA and Languedoc-Roussillon regions, specializing in infusion treatment and artificial nutrition.
In 2022, Occit’perf achieved a turnover of 0.6 ME. Through this operation, Groupe Bastide is strengthening its regional presence in the very dynamic Infusion segment, which is growing by more than 10%.
In addition, Bastide enters the Netherlands with the acquisition of the Dutch company Oxigo, which specializes in the advice and online sale of oxygen therapy and respiratory assistance equipment in Europe.
This acquisition expands the geographical presence of the Bastide Group in the Netherlands, ‘in the fast-growing segment of respiratory assistance’, according to Bastide.
In 2022, Oxigo achieved a turnover of 0.7ME.
