PROCEDURES FOR PROVIDING PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS
The company’s shareholders are invited to participate in the Combined General Meeting which will be held on Wednesday December 13, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at CAISSARGUES (30132) – 12, avenue de la Dame – Eurozone 2000.
The meeting notice including the agenda and draft resolutions was published in BALO n°134 of November 8, 2023.
The preparatory documents and information referred to in article R 22-10-23 of the commercial code are published from today on the company’s website https://bastide-groupe.fr/ – section “Investors, then ‘BLCM Action and finally General Assembly’.
The documents provided for by article R.225-83 of the commercial code are made available to shareholders from the convening of the meeting, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:
– any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the company to send them these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary;
– any shareholder can read it at the company’s headquarters for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the meeting.
