Ivory Aquino, who was to play Alysia Yeoh in the canceled film Batgirl, shared a video set on social media where we see the superheroine in action.
From Batgirl, the film canceled by Warner in August, there are hardly any images left – except for a shot of her costume and a photo of the superheroine (Leslie Grace) facing Batman (played by Michael Keaton). It is therefore impossible to know what the feature film directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah could have looked like.
But it was without counting on the actress Ivory Aquino who shared on Twitter a filming video where we can see Barbara Gordon in action.
Aquino was to play Alysia Yeoh, the vigilante’s best friend. In this short video, it’s stuntwoman Emely Cartagena who slips into the superheroine’s black costume to come and – it seems – ruin a Christmas party.
Unfortunately, we will not have the chance to see the final result with the special effects to judge the quality of the scene, but for the moment, Internet users do not seem to be enthusiastic in the comments under the Twitter post.
