Expected this year on HBO Max, the film Batgirl continues to be emulated. Leslie Grace, who plays the heroine, has unveiled a first photo of her in her costume.
Leslie Grace has given fans a first look at her costume in the Batgirl movie, due out on HBO Max later this year.
“I use their hopes against them“, wrote the actress in caption of the image on her Instagram account. “This will be their weakness. Not mine. Let them all underestimate me… And when their guard drops and their pride swells, let me kick their ass.“And signs his post with a:”Batgirl, first year“.
As production on the film continues in Glasgow, more behind-the-scenes photos from the set have surfaced on Twitter, this time featuring Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon. She sports the comic book heroine’s signature red hair.
The film, directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, stars Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon. The In the Heights star was cast as the daughter of Gotham City Police Commissioner James Gordon, a role JK Simmons takes on after his appearance in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
Batgirl will also mark the return of Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman. And it is Brendan Fraser who will play the villain of the film, named Firefly.
