Battlefield 2042: Persistent Servers, New Weapons, Orbital Rework and More with Update 2.2

The event The Liquidators of Battlefield 2042 enters its second week, with now parts in 16v16 on tight maps. DICE however, has other new features to offer in parallel, by deploying this morning the 2.2 update with several nice additions.

She brings as advertised the reworked version of the map Orbital, with more details, modified spaces and new opportunities to cover. Three weapons otherwise join the Chest of Total War : them ACW-R, AKS-74u and MP412 REX. The holders of Premium Battle Pass can them use persistent servers : their fashion creation Portal will therefore remain active as long as at least one player is connected to it, allowing popular modes to remain available long after the initial host has disconnected. The laser sight has otherwise been improved to be smoother and more responsive to movement.
