With the many problems that Battlefield 2042 has met and still meets, since its official launch, many people have turned to the previous opuses of the license. Thus, Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline are always acclaimed.
Unfortunately, according to some feedback including MP1st, there would be significant, and above all recurring, problems on the official servers of the latter. This would mainly concern Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1 and Battlefield Hardline. Indeed, users have shared their experience on the Reddit page of Battlefield 1: they are victims of many connection problems and game crashes, and this, quite regularly. Several mention the fact that it would be due to hackers, carrying out DDoS attacks.
Moreover, no one would be spared since these concerns are as present on American servers as on European ones. And it seems to be for many months, already. Also remember that this is not the first time that this has happened on games labeled Electronic Arts. Indeed, Titanfall 1 and Titanfall 2 have encountered the same problems in the past.
At this time, EA has not commented on issues and possible DDoS attacks on the servers of certain Battlefield titles. We will therefore have to wait for an official communication from them, to find out more about this subject, obviously hoping that they will settle this as soon as possible.
