The corona pandemic is influencing TV production in Germany. Still, viewers don't have to do without replenishment. There will still be new seasons of these shows in 2020.
"Farmer is looking for a woman"
After "Let's Dance" and "GNTM", the stage is clear for farmers looking for love. As usual, the show "The New Peasants" starts the 16th season of the RTL dome show "Bauer sucht Frau". On Whit Monday (June 1st, 7:05 pm, also via TVNow), moderator Inka Bause (51) will present the new farmers. Again there is a woman, horse host and organic farmer Denise (31) from the Höxter district. "The Summer House of the Stars" and "The Bachelorette"
Who will succeed Elena Miras (28) and Mike Heiter (28)? The reality TV stars won the RTL show "The Summer House of the Stars – Fight of Celebrity Couples" in 2019. One thing is certain: there will be a new season in 2020. However, the broadcaster is still silent about exactly where the shoot is going and who the participating celebrities are. "Celebrity Big Brother"
The comeback of "Big Brother" may have flopped on Sat.1, but the celebrity variant was able to score with TV audiences in 2019. An eighth season of "Celebrity Big Brother" is confirmed. The show last started in August, as moderator Jochen Schropp (41) indicated in May at the "Big Brother" final. In 2019 Janine Pink (33) took the victory and the 100,000 euros. So far, nothing is known about possible candidates.
Double pack for "The Masked Singer" and "The Lion's Den"
After the successful spring season of the ProSieben rate show "The Masked Singer", which took place without an audience from episode two due to the corona crisis, the broadcaster has already announced the third round for autumn.
The VOX start-up show "Die Höhle der Löwen" also ran on TV in spring and returns to the screens in autumn. This time with a new lion in the pack: Nico Rosberg (34). The former Formula 1 world champion takes the place of great lion Frank Thelen (44), who has completely said goodbye to the program.
Corona adjustments and delays?
For "Das Supertalent" 2020 will be the 14th round.
