Gerald and Anna's first child is on the way. There are more of the "Bauer sucht Frau" success stories in two specials.

Love, weddings, blessings for children in the successful dome show "Bauer sucht Frau" (RTL, since 2005). On the two Christmas holidays, the station shows in the two-part special "Farmer is looking for a woman – New luck on the farms" (December 25th, 7:05 pm) and "Farmer is looking for a woman – New times on the farms" (December 26th, 7:05 pm Uhr) the success stories of the show. And there are quite a few, because "in 15 seasons so far, 82 couples have met, 36 weddings have been celebrated and more than 20 children have been born," the broadcaster sums up.

And there will also be a lot of news in 2020. Among other things, the Namibian farmer Gerald Heiser and his wife Anna are expecting their first child together. They met and fell in love on the reality show in 2017. The two specials also deal with many other popular farmers, including farmer Guy and his Victoria, Christian and Barbara or Martin and his Jenny. According to the announcement, it is going from Germany to Luxembourg, Poland and Namibia – and the station even promises "surprising news about the farm succession".
