Like every year, the tax declaration campaign is open. It’s since the Thursday, April 13 that French tax households can submit this famous declaration. Several methods are available, online directly on the impots.gouv.fr website or by post with a declaration in paper format. For some not a minute is to lose, from the first days of the opening of the campaign, the declarations are submitted, for others on the other hand it can take longer, until the last moment.

Which departments are affected by the first deposit limit?
There first filing deadline has been set for Thursday, May 25 at 11:59 p.m.. All tax households of departments 1 to 19 are therefore affected by this date. They include: Ain, Aisne, Allier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Ardèche, Ardennes, Ariège, Aube, Aude, Aveyron, Bouches-du-Rhône, Calvados, Cantal , Charente, Charente-Maritime, Cher, and Corrèze. As for the departments from 20 to 54the deadline for filing was set for June 1 11:59 p.m. and finally for last departments as well as those overseas it is for Thursday, June 8 at 11:59 p.m..
Please note that since 2019 all households equipped with internet access must in all cases report electronically. An exception remains, households whose main residence is not connected or who are in a white zone are authorized to send a pre-filled declaration by post.
