As soon as the temperatures rise, the minds of all beauty lovers are screaming for colour. Fresh, intense, electrifying – from now on, make-up can really bang! Because the time when the motto “less is more” was over. In 2022, beauty experts will change their credo and experiment as much as they can. 1. Use bright colors as eyeliner
The larger the colored area, the more fun is guaranteed! Is a complete eye make-up in pink or green too much for you? Then simply draw an eyeliner in one – or better still two – bright tones. So you can slowly approach the make-up trend and set small colored accents at the beginning. 2. Avoid mascara and lip makeup
If you leave the rest of the face natural, the color blocking eyeshadow trend is also suitable for everyday use. So if you would like to dip your entire lid in bright colors, you can simply leave all other make-up favorites alone. We recommend: give the skin a shiny finish with a serum, apply some highlighter to the heart of the lips and care for the lips with a balm. Mascara or lipstick? It’s best to leave it out, because the bright eye shadow has a meaning that can definitely stand on its own. In this way, despite the statement colors, the look remains just as we want it to be in the office or on a date with our best friend: clean, focused and the ideal mix of wow effect and suitability for everyday use.
3. Set fine accents in the corner of the eye
Loud accents in the corners of the eyes also make the eyes appear more alert and larger and put you in a good mood! The splash of color proves that you don’t always need a large area to create an eye-catcher. For the delicate version of the color blocking eyes, simply apply some eyeshadow to the inner corner of the eye with a small, slightly fluffy brush and blend gently. With a moistened eyeliner brush, you can also precisely trace the inner corner or the waterline under the eye to create a slightly graphic mermaid tears look. Then apply mascara to your eyelashes and the everyday variant of the trendy color frenzy is ready!
