AT €18.50 PER SHARE IN THE SOGC

. BEBO Health SA, the specialist in the distribution of products relating to beauty, health, sport and well-being, announces the approval of the capital increase with the Geneva commercial register on February 17th.
The capital is thus composed of 1,450,000 shares following the creation of 200,000 shares by conversion of claims of the majority shareholder CES Management for an amount of 3.7 million euros at a price of 18.50 euros per share. .
