Become a space junkie in Hardspace: Shipbreaker

After being available for almost two years in early access, Hardspace: Shipbreaker dates May 24, 2022 for its release. Developed by Blackbird Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment, the game will be available on PC initially. Indeed, if PS4 and Xbox One editions are planned, no release date has yet been set. It will integrate Xbox Game Pass PC upon release.

A first-person simulation game, the game will put you in the shoes of a scrap metal worker, employed by Lynx Corporation. Literally drowned in debt – you have to repay a sum of around 999,999,999 credits – you will have to dismantle spaceships in weightlessness and recover all the useful materials there, in exchange for a few credits. For this, you will of course have several tools, which you will have to take great care of if you do not want to lose your livelihood. Be careful however because your job is not without risks, each ship approached will offer its share of dangers.

The game features a multi-act campaign for over 15 hours of content. Whether you are a fan of competition or rather in relaxation, you should be able to find what you are looking for among the 4 levels of difficulty present. Regularly renewed challenges will allow you to face other scrap dealers and try to put your name at the top of the scoreboards.
