What if we took advantage of confinement to resume classes? And not just any. Forget physics and high school SVT classes, here we are talking about classes on our body. Gina, the 100% organic tampons and pads brand, is launching a 4-week MOOC to (re) discover her vulva, learn all about fertility and become an expert in female pleasure. We sign up ?

What if we took advantage of this confinement and this rather special period to get to know our body better? To help us, Gina, the 100% organic periodic protection brand, launched its online school: a 4-week cycle accessible to all to change ideas and above all, become an expert on the female body.

Gina launches its Gina Academy

Gina creates the Gina Academy free online and answers all the questions women (and men) have about female body. This is a 4-week program, designed with a gynecologist, which starts when you register. So we can start now, without being late in our lessons! Each week, we receive a course, followed by a quiz (because you have to assess yourself anyway). The 4-week program revolves around 4 themes:

  • Week 1: (re) discover her vulva, her vagina, what's going on downstairs
  • Week 2: How can your cycle boost your productivity and creativity?
  • Week 3: small guide to female pleasure
  • Week 4: the secrets of fertility

To receive your first course next Monday, just register right here.

Insta lives to learn to calm menstruation pains naturally

Faced with the risks associated with taking anti-inflammatory drugs (Advil, Ibuprofen, etc.) during the Covid-19 pandemic, Gina also launched a live series on Instagram in April to learn how to relieve menstrual pain naturally. We find 2 lessons per week on their Instagram @we_are_gina given by Sabrina Lopes, sophrologist and Clémence Barbier, yoga teacher. The next lessons will take place on Sunday 12/04 at 11 a.m., Tuesday 14/04 at 8:30 a.m., Thursday 16/04 at 5 p.m. and Sunday 19/04 at 11 a.m.
