“Certificate could cost sales in winter”
Anyone who wants to go to a pub in Germany doesn’t just have to provide their contact details. He also needs a certificate. Blick TV visited the Oscar’s restaurant in Waldshut. So far there have been no problems with the certificate. But that could change in winter.
