France 2 broadcast a new issue of its magazine well and good this Saturday, April 16. During the show, Elsa Wolinski wished to take an interest in presence of women in the media. And the columnist drew a terrible conclusion: women are clearly underrepresented in the media, but also in culture. In effect, the share of women on the air, all media combined, is 41%, against 59% for men.
During her column, Elsa Wolinski also invited to the set the photographer Clelia Odette Rochat. The latter created the project on social networks Pretty Kids through which she wished photograph women over 50, naked. And for the occasion, Elsa Wolinski has agreed to pose naked in front of the artist’s lens. The daughter of the late Georges Wolinski said she was “very embarrassed and uncomfortable” at the start of the session.

And on the set of Well & WellElsa Wolinski discovered the result of this photo shoot, and did not fail to comment on it. “I have my face melancholy and sad”she noted before acknowledging with a smirk that “Sad and melancholic, it’s a bit me”. The photographer Clélia Odette Rochat for her part wanted to tell the story of the women she met, and who were able to reveal themselves as they were during the photo shoots. “Photography, the image, can help to feel better”she explained, before sending a strong message: “It is important to see all kinds of women in advertising, on television, in the public space… “.
