(CercleFinance.com) – The Fonds Stratégique de Participations, a specialized professional investment company with compartments, declared having crossed downward, on June 10, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Believe, and no longer holding no Believe action.
This threshold crossing results from the sale on the market, by the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, of all of the Believe shares held, i.e. 3,559,433 shares, as part of a contribution to the simplified public purchase offer initiated by Upbeat Bidco on the company’s shares.
