(CercleFinance.com) – Following the acquisitions made as part of its simplified public purchase offer (OPAS) initiated on the outstanding shares of Believe, Upbeat BidCo indicates that it holds 85.04% of the capital and 73.27% voting rights of this digital music company.
Consequently, the float of the Believe share is reduced to 14.96% of the capital, which ‘should lead to the upcoming exit of the Believe share from certain stock indices to which it currently belongs’.
In accordance with the schedule published by the AMF, the OPAS will be open until June 21 inclusive and will not be reopened. The final results of the offer should be published by June 25 at the latest.
