The index, out of 100 points, is calculated for Groupe Beneteau subsidiaries based on 5 indicators:
The gender pay gap
The distribution gap of individual increases
The promotion distribution gap
The percentage of employees increased on their return from maternity leave
Parity among the 10 highest salaries
The results obtained for each indicator by each of the subsidiaries are available in the table below.
