(CercleFinance.com) – The Beneteau share rose sharply on Tuesday following the announcement of a 23% growth in its annual turnover for 2022.
The manufacturer of pleasure boats reported last night a turnover of 1.51 billion euros for last year, against 1.23 billion at the end of the 2021 financial year.
The group explains that the acceleration in the pace of deliveries at the end of the financial year resulted in a turnover of 476 million euros in the fourth quarter alone, an increase of 56.6%.
This performance allowed it to erase the delay in invoicing caused by the supply difficulties encountered at the beginning of the year.
For 2023, Beneteau confirmed its forecast of turnover which should exceed 1.66 billion euros, representing growth of more than 10% compared to this better-than-expected 2022 turnover.
Following this publication, the title posted a gain of 3.2% Tuesday at midday on the Paris Stock Exchange.
