Good news for all fans of “Secret Story”: the cult reality TV show will soon make its big return on TF1 and the unforgettable Voix will be there. To put an end to speculation, Benjamin Castaldi has already revealed whether he would take over the reins of the program, which he presented for eight years.

The Voice is preparing to return to service. After six years of absence on the air, the cult reality TV show Secret Story will finally return to the screen for a brand new season. This is what TF1 announced last Friday, arousing the enthusiasm of fans and aspiring candidates who can already send their applications on the channel’s website. Unfortunately, the front page has not yet revealed the launch date of Secret Story nor the name of the host who will take control of the program.

“I prefer to turn the page without bitterness”

While the name of Benjamin Castaldi, legendary presenter of the show, was obviously on everyone’s lips, the PAF star himself preferred to put an end to the rumors… “Dear fans of Secret Story, I would like to express my deep gratitude for your unwavering support throughout these years and this adventure. Your loyalty and your enthusiasm have been a constant source of motivation… But…”, he first wrote on his X account on Sunday October 29 before ‘dash the hopes of the most loyal viewers of Secret Story, which saw him present the show for eight seasons.

“Unfortunately, I must announce that the presentation of the show will not be entrusted to me. Although this may be disappointing, I prefer to move on without bitterness. It’s life and the opportunities that present themselves to us sometimes evolve unexpectedly.”

The former columnist of Do not touch My TV also thanked the former management of TF1, who trusted him to present Secret Story for eight years. “I would also like to warmly thank TF1 (former management including Nonce Paolini) for giving me the chance to launch this extraordinary program. Their support and trust have been precious and I am grateful to have been able to be part of this adventure” , he wrote on X.

If we do not yet know who will succeed Benjamin Castaldi, Dominique Duforest, emblematic Voice of Secret Story, will be there.
