The heritage of television. The son of host Benjamin Castaldi, Simon Castaldi, follows in his father's footsteps. At the height of his 20 years, the student at the Sport Management School joined the cast of the last season of Princes and Princesses of love. If he wanted above all to support his son in exploring his television potential, Benjamin Castaldi was also very influenced by … the confinement linked to the coronavirus crisis. For almost a year, universities and other higher education structures have unfortunately been closed. A terrible reality for French students who have seen their lives put on hold. It is this lack of activity and the feeling of seeing his life stagnate that motivated Simon Castaldi to step out of his comfort zone to try his luck on the small screen: "He did the show at a difficult time for the students: no longer able to go to college, he wandered like a lost soul. I did not dissuade him! ", launched Benjamin Castaldi in an interview with our colleagues from the magazine Public, published on Friday 5 March 2021.
