(Boursier.com) — The shareholders of Bernard Loiseau SA met in the Combined Annual General Meeting, at the head office in Saulieu, on Friday June 16 at 10 a.m.
The 6 resolutions were adopted by a majority of the votes of the shareholders present, represented and having voted by correspondence.
It should be noted that Mrs. Dominique Loiseau had planned to resign from her duties at the end of this general meeting. She was named honorary life president of the company. Ms. Bérangère Loiseau is made official as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, thus combining the functions of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for the duration of her term as director, i.e. at the end of the Ordinary General Meeting called to approve the accounts of the year ended December 31, 2025.
The company does not distribute a dividend to its shareholders…
