Best price in the Telekom network: Allnet flat rate with 25 GB for just a few hours for 10 euros

BARGAIN

25 GB of data volume per month in an all-network flat rate for just under 10 euros? People have been waiting in vain for this in Telekom’s D1 network. But times are changing, thanks to freenet: only for a few hours.

  • freenet is building a small tariff sensation in the Telekom network
  • 25 GB for 10 euros per month has never happened before
  • In a few hours the offer will no longer be available

Mobile data consumption is increasing year after year. Some time ago, data consumption of 25 GB was the absolute exception. These professional mobile phone contracts were correspondingly expensive; Telekom in particular always paid very well for the use of its D1 network with an additional premium surcharge.

Both have now been put into perspective; the average data consumption in Germany was already 6 gigabytes in 2023, with the trend continuing to rise. Anyone who uses their smartphone every day, for example for video or audio streaming, will now need a mobile phone contract with more data volume. Because most contracts still run for 24 months, a data volume buffer can prevent frustration.

The prices have also fallen into perspective, but even the company’s own discounter congstar still charges 16 euros per month for an all-network flat rate with 20 GB. Freenet traditionally tries to use its market power to relax these price limits – and today reports another price drop in mobile communications.

For the first time, freenet is offering 25 gigabytes of monthly data volume for less than 10 euros with a discount on the “Green LTE 25 GB in the Telekom network” tariff. In December, the promotional price for 10 gigabytes was 10 euros, and with 25 GB, freenet now offers two and a half times the data volume for the same price just three months later.

  • 25 GB LTE data volume (25 Mbit/s)

  • FLAT telephony & SMS & EU roaming

  • VoLTE & WiFi call capable

  • eSIM possible

In addition to the low price, the all-net flat rate from freenet offers everything that a good cell phone contract should include: from the SMS flat rate to EU roaming, everything is included for 10 euros per month. And even the connection costs of 39.99 euros can be saved if you give your consent to receive advertising from freenet during the ordering process – if you forego this, the effective monthly price is 1.67 euros higher. Freenet states the savings at 73%, which results from the regular list price of 36.99 euros.

In fact, the contract is currently also available directly from freenet for 19.99 euros with a monthly reimbursement of 17 euros for new customers. At 9.99 euros, the savings still remain at 50% on this comparison price.

Although the surfing speed is limited to 25 MBit/s, this is sufficient for all mobile applications and also corresponds to the surfing speed at congstar – but the new 5G network is already available there, while this SIM-only deal from freenet is with at the same speed exclusively in the LTE network.
