The “Breaking Bad” prequel, “Better Call Saul,” returns for a sixth and final season. A very special final chapter since it will be divided into two parts.
Two years after the Season 5 finale, Better Call Saul returns for a final chapter. The American channel AMC will broadcast the first two episodes of season 6 on April 18. In France, if the distribution strategy does not change, the series will land the next day on the Netflix platform.
In addition to signing the end of the adventures of lawyer Jimmy McGill, this season 6 will be broadcast in two parts, as if to better extend the goodbyes. The first seven episodes will be released between April and May, then the series will return after a six-week hiatus on June 11 to air the final six.
Heckled by the pandemic, the production of the series was also marked by the heart attack of its main actor, Bob Odenkirk, which occurred on July 27, 2021 during filming. A month and a half after the incident, which caused a real scare among fans of the program, the star was back on the set.
In a tweet which relays the teaser of season 6, Bob Odenkirk affirms that this new burst of episodes would be the best of all. In collaboration with David Cross, the actor is preparing a comedy series Guru Nation for the Paramount+ platform.
Better Call Saul season 6 will be available on Netflix on April 19.
