After over 30 years, the popular “Beverly Hills Cop” series is finally celebrating a comeback on the streaming service Netflix in the summer of 2024! Since the 80s, the films have become an absolute cult and made comedy legend Eddie Murphy (“Shrek” series) world famous.
In “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F” Detective Axel Foley returns to Los Angeles after a long time, where he wants to investigate the mysterious death of an old friend. His estranged daughter Jane, a criminal defense lawyer, is also in great danger because corruption within the police force is deeply entangled.
Not only are the “Beverly Hills Cop” films getting a fourth part this summer, the buddy cop comedy “Bad Boys 4” with Will Smith (“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”) and Martin Lawrence is also scheduled to be released in June 2024 appear in German cinemas. In it, the infamous cop duo heads to Miami to hunt down nasty criminals. Vanessa Hudgens (“High School Musical”) can also be seen at her side as a weapons expert.
