Gabrielle Carteris, alias Andrea Zuckerman in “Beverly Hills”, appears this evening as a guest in the first episode of season 6 of “9-1-1” on M6. The opportunity to reflect on her journey since she left the cult teen series in 1995.
M6 launches this evening the new season 6 of the series 9-1-1, which opens once again in an explosive way, in the purest tradition of what the screenwriters have been offering us now for almost six years.
The first episode, broadcast at 9:10 p.m. on the Six, indeed begins with a most spectacular intervention since Bobby (Peter Krause), Athena (Angela Bassett), Buck (Oliver Stark), Eddie (Ryan Guzman) and the others will have to rescue many injured trapped in a crowded stadium where a major disaster has just occurred.

The opportunity to attend several breathtaking sequences and to find a face well known to viewers since Suzie Price, the co-pilot of the dirigible balloon in question, is played by Gabrielle Carteris, whom Beverly Hills fans know well since she portrayed Andrea Zuckerman in nearly 150 episodes of the cult 1990s series.
Before becoming more discreet, even if the actress, now 62, has never stopped acting since leaving Beverly Hills in 1995.

Many roles on the small screen and an important place in Hollywood for Gabrielle Carteris
After five years in the shoes of Andrea, the best friend and confidante of Brandon (Jason Priestley), Gabrielle Carteris leaves Beverly Hills at the end of season 5. At least as a permanent member of the cast since she will resume everything from even thereafter his role for four episodes spread over seasons 6, 8 and 10.
In 1995, shortly after her departure from the series, she got her own talk show on American television, simply titled Gabrielle, but the show ended after just one season.

In 2019, the ex-interpreter of Andrea Zuckerman finds his former partners in Beverly Hills – namely Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Jason Priestley, Tori Spelling and Ian Ziering – in BH90210, a fake sequel in the form of mockumentary in which the stars of Beverly Hills play fictionalized versions of themselves, who find themselves in the hope of launching a reboot of the series. With a good dose of humour.
Despite this effective mix of nostalgia and the second degree, BH90210 struggled to convince and was canceled by the Fox channel after its first season of only six episodes. A hoped-for return to favor which was not really one but which in any case allowed part of the public to see Gabrielle Carteris again, who has never found a role as significant as that of Andrea during her career. .

A role of president of SAG-AFTRA which she left behind in 2021, in favor of Fran Drescher (A Nanny from Hell), who succeeded her in this position.
