No summer break for malwarehere are about twenty new applications to uninstall urgently.

This is Trend Micro which brought to light a total of 17 Android applications that would have the annoying tendency to appropriate your personal and banking data.

A slew of apps to ban from your Android smartphone

Regularly, security experts bring to light malicious applications that are rampant, often with impunity, on mobile application stores. Malware that does not wait for the end of the holidays to continue to rage, and it is today Trend Micro which warns Android users against a small score of seemingly harmless applications, but which can siphon off your personal data.

Applications that are likely to install various trojans on the victim’s smartphone, namely Octo, Hydra, Ermac, or TeaBot. Malware capable of disabling Google Play Protect, and performing various operations invisible to the user, in order to steal data from a server, such as passwords, email addresses and other PIN codes.

Trend Micro specifies that the applications in question are no longer available on the Android Play Store.
