On Tuesday June 28 at 5 p.m., the non-stop news channel BFMTV will launch a new independent local, its ninth. It is added to the eight existing locals: BFM Lyon, BFM Provence Marseille, BFM Grand Littoral, BFM Grand Lille, BFM Côte d’Azur, BFM Toulon Var, BFM Paris and BFM d’Ici.

BFM Alsace hits the airwaves. BFMTV’s new local channel is officially launched on Tuesday June 28 at 5 p.m. This ninth local BFM Régions will focus its editorial line on local information. BFM Alsace will offer several local programs each day: a morning program called “Bonjour l’Alsace” and a late afternoon program called “Bonsoir l’Alsace”. Each evening, the channel will focus on a different theme: environment on Monday, business on Tuesday, employment on Wednesday, Europe on Thursday and going out on Friday.

A tenth local channel for the fall

The BFM Alsace branch will also host two weekly meetings: one on sport, every Monday at 7 p.m., on Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace news. And a second on local political news, every Thursday from September.

BFM Alsace is accessible from the east of France on channel 30 of the regional DTT. It joins the BFM Lyon, BFM Provence Marseille, BFM Grand Littoral, BFM Grand Lille, BFM Côte d’Azur, BFM Toulon Var, BFM Paris and BFM d’Ici channels. The next BFMTV local will be launched this fall, it will be BFM Normandie.
