(Boursier.com) — BIA Groupe, a Management Consulting and Information Systems company specializing in Banking Finance Insurance, announces the acquisition of Acanthe Conseil. Through this operation, the objective of BIA Groupe is to bring together its subsidiary Alteam Consulting, which specializes in asset management, and Acanthe Conseil. The new entity will serve private banks & trading rooms.
The activities of BIA Groupe and Acanthe Conseil are perfectly complementary on the sector level and thus make it possible to broaden the offers and customer references. The group forecasts a turnover of 22 million euros in 2022 with a workforce of more than 150 employees.
-Thanks to these new skills synergies, BIA Group hopes to increase its referencing and consolidate its position with the main banks and insurance companies.
-BIA Groupe is accelerating the consolidation of the IT consulting market and confirming its desire to continue its development through a mixed growth policy: Organic & External.
-Other acquisitions are currently under study, in line with the group’s strategic positioning in business consulting, digital transformation and data.
-BIA Groupe is aiming for a turnover of 50 million euros by 2025.
