A mulled wine sold at Aldi must be recalled. Yeast residues in the bottles can cause them to burst. You can find out what customers need to consider here.
The wholesaler CA Warren GmbH is recalling its 0.75 liter bottles of the article “German Winzer Glühwein Weiss” from Markgräfler Winzer eG. According to the Essen-based company, yeast residues were found in individual bottles – this could lead to bursting due to fermentation processes.
Accordingly, the mulled wine was only offered through branches of Aldi-Nord.
