In broad daylight on Monday, a previously unknown burglar broke into a house in Wattens. During the burglary, he made a loot of around 50,000 euros.
The burglary happened between 10 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Monday. During this period, the unknown first broke open the front door of an apartment building in Wattens. As a result, he also managed to open the door of an apartment in the house. The perpetrator entered the apartment and searched the bedroom and study there. In doing so, he discovered and stole several high-quality watches and jewellery. He also stole three-digit amounts of cash. The total damage from the burglary amounts to around 50,000 euros.
