This is what happened again, Thursday, January 28, 2021. This time, Benjamin Castaldi simply blew his mind.
For this new issue, the teams of TPMP came back on the Yuriy case. On January 15, in Paris, the 15-year-old was beaten up by a group of dozens of minors. An attack of rare violence, which caused a stir across the country. The young man was then hospitalized in serious condition, and has just undergone eye surgery. Thursday, January 28, nine minors suspected of being responsible for the attack were arrested and taken into custody for "attempted murder", "criminal association with a view to committing a crime" and "theft in assembly and with violence ”.
Huge conflict over the Yuriy affair
For her part, Yuriy's mother is also the target of a police investigation. As revealed by our colleagues from Release, January 26, Nataliya Kruchenyk accused of covert work. Eleven Ukrainian housekeepers have filed a complaint against her and her company. So of course Cyril Hanouna asked his columnists what they thought of all of this. For this debate, a guest was invited to the set: Benjamin Amar, representative of the CGT. The latter, for long minutes, denounced the acts alleged against Yuriy's mother … to the chagrin of Benjamin Castaldi, who did not hesitate to raise his voice. “It is not the moment ! You will have plenty of time to clarify this! I am against mixing everything up ”, protested the reality TV host, who fears that the French (and especially the judiciary) amalgamate the two cases, to the detriment of Yuriy.
His interlocutor in turn grew angry, adding that the investigation against Nataliya Kruchenyk had started long before the attack on her son. Benjamin Amar adds that this should in no way prevent “compassion ” towards them. “You have a real problem, Benjamin Castaldi!”, he got annoyed, as the main person rolled his eyes. “There is a kid who was beaten up and they come to explain something to us that is indeed very serious at the time. I find that scandalous, it revolts me the publicity that you are giving yourself now!”, outbid Benjamin Castaldi, before totally losing his temper. Finally, Cyril Hanouna had no choice but to intervene to calm the spirits a little.
